Marcellas Don'Tae Clay Born July 2, 1987, in Lake Providence, Louisiana, known professionally as “Marcellas,” now resides in Arlington, Texas. Growing up with four brothers and two sisters, he discovered a natural talent for music at an early age. By the age of eight, he had taught himself to act, sing, dance, and play piano by ear. Today, Marcellas is an independent artist making waves in the R&B and Hip Hop scene. His captivating live performances and featured vocals on various hip-hop tracks have garnered significant attention, making him a sought-after artist for weddings, live shows, and collaborations.
"Mamacita," featuring Rambo Wicc, his debut single and accompanying music video, and short film, has generated a buzz in the DFW area and can be found on YouTube. He's currently preparing to release new music videos to his hit singles, including "Tell Me Why,”, “Story Of My Life,” and, “This Is My Time.”
Beyond music, Marcellas recently pursued his passion for filmmaking, establishing last year his company, The Clay Fam Enterprises Inc., with upcoming projects, “Mz. Parker, Nothing Left, I Remember The Day I Met You and his short autobiography/narrative music video “This Is My Time.”
Driven by a desire to provide opportunities for others, he aims to make a significant impact in the entertainment industry. With his unwavering dedication and a strong belief in his talent “God Says It's Time!” Marcellas Clay is poised to become a prominent figure in the world of music, film and beyond.
